3. Important Disclaimers

• Billing: Usage is aggregated and billed monthly via Stripe
• Session Limits: Individual sessions are capped at 10 minutes

Billing begins when you click "Connect Now" and actively join a session. You are not charged for browsing the site, creating an account, or viewing the pre-session preview.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use JesusChatAI to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Spread hate speech, discrimination, or intolerance
• Attempt to manipulate or "jailbreak" the AI system
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated means to access the Service without permission

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
